ART
Munich-based artist, director, and photographer Florian Seidel, who has worked for years across architecture, design, and fine art, uses his art as a medium between reality and fiction.
Using stacking as a method to create clarity. His process eliminates distractions, allowing the viewer to focus on the purest elements of the photograph: form, light, texture, color and the way these components blend together. The stacked images reflect a process in which architecture imaging is emphasized, repeated, and abstracted, while the core and colors of the photograph remain untouched.
Through digital collage and the layering of original photographs, new architectural systems emerge—abstracted,
yet grounded in reality. The photograph is transformed into a constructed image—echoing its source, yet standing apart.
This image reflects a process in which structure is emphasized, repeated, and abstracted—while the essence
of the original photograph remains intact.
